Tucked away in the heart of Sri Lanka, EKHO Sigiriya was a delightful escape for my recent romantic getaway. The stunning views of Sigiriya Rock from our room created the perfect backdrop for lazy mornings spent sipping tea on the terrace. The staff truly made us feel at home, especially the friendly gentleman at reception who was attentive to our every need-his kindness made our stay special. We loved exploring the ancient marvels nearby, especially the Dambulla Cave Temple, with its breathtaking frescoes and serene atmosphere. Back at the hotel, we indulged in a culinary journey that showcased the best of locally grown produce, and I found the authentic flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine to be irresistible. It was blissful to unwind by the beautiful pool, surrounded by dense forest, while spotting a few colorful birds. If you're looking for a romantic retreat that blends culture, nature, and exceptional hospitality, this secluded gem is your ticket to an unforgettable experience.
